Using the online chat resolved my problem

I had not realised that you need to scan a QR code at the pay station with your mobile phone when you go to pay. So no receipt given as I had walked over to the machine without my phone. When I got home and called Sam M at the customer call centre, he took my details and emailed one over straight away. Very Polite and helpful. Would have been a pain to claim back nearly £50 without a receipt. 5 stars for Sam, only 4 for NCP for the inconvenience.

I was charged twice for dropping off at Gatwick Airport. I sent an enquiry to NCP and got a prompt polite reply confirming I had been overcharged and confirming a refund would be made . Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was it was difficult to navigate the website to find out how to get refund. AI useless (it is everywhere) impossible to speak to a real person and finding how to send an enquiry was not easy.
