I mistakenly drove through the drop off and pick up zone before making my way up the short stay park where I parked and payed. I decided to call the customer service to enquire if I will be charged or not, the customer service officer was very helpful, he was able to resolve the issue, I received an email that my case was genuine and no charge will apply.

Have used once before and found very helpful, this time was the same. I spoke to Hannah who resolved my query very promptly.
We took the wrong turn when exiting the Gatwick long term car park and accidentally drove into the drop off zone, at which point is impossible to turn around without getting charged. When calling customer service, Eric was extremely helpful and resolved our issue promptly and efficiently, exempting us from the charge.
