United StatesI have been a member of Mypoints for at least 15 years. I love everything about it. It is easy to earn points. The gift cards are great, I never had problems with the website, and customer service members are very kind.
United StatesI downloaded the game Merge Cruise and met most of the goals but have not received points. I have repeatedly contacted them and all I get back is an email saying "We have updated your inquiry" but no other response. I have now spent over $800 to reach levels by certain dates and earn points. I now cannot see anything on my page regarding Merge Cruise because it ended. I've tried multiple times to file another inquiry but the site will not let me because it says I already have one started. No one will respond. I am retired on a fixed income and have always loved MyPoints for the extra money I can earn. This is the first time I've had an issue and it's very serious because I cannot afford to lose that kind of money. I don't know what to do now. I feel like this is a bit of a scam now because I'm being totally ignored.
