If I could give zero stars I would. Will NEVER buy from a company that sends goods with these people again. When they don’t deliver they lie saying delivery attempted when it isn’t.

Package left outside with no notification at all. This does not count as delivered. Was fortunate enough to go out and spit the package round the side of the porch before it rained. Also tracking not up to date - still shows out for delivery. Hermes need to get their act together.

I have had this many of times with many delivery companies, No tracking available, my parcel is meant to be arriving the day of 23-10-2025. No update, sat wondering if it's be delivered. People have lifes and all we want is an update. Mermes please do better!
