GBGBI spent hours creating a photo book only for it to arrive on three occasions damaged and ungiftable. I suggested ways for the book to be more robust to survive their round Germany and Netherlands trip before hitting the shores of the UK. If I only knew that they wouldn’t listen to sensible feedback and simply ignore the customer, I’d be on a different website by now. Quite simply put as, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. 🤦🏻♀️
