Absolutely shocking service from these been waiting a while for my pictures of my wife that died in July keep saying delay in process ect I have asked them to cancel and refund the whole order amount as its too much messing around with my picture but just been fobbed off saying I can have a voucher for next order 😀 I would never ever use these again they then say can only offer me half the refund due to it been already put into production but only after I wanted refund I intend going to trading standards and will have to do a change back on my payment method I really would avoid this company they can't deliver UKA39905871707 my order number but nothing you can say will help now after all the hassle and the total rudeness of your company trading standards really really need to know about my picture
