United StatesThis was a scam from beginning til end. Im grateful I actually received my items. I specifically asked during initial phone call if my items would be on a semi truck ...was told no. I was led to believe my items would be transported on the same truck not moved around to different trucks. No telling how many times my things were moved from one truck to another. The different movers use different names..who you pay is not who they really are. My end bill was doubled from the original quote. First quote $2200. Get a call to review my items beginning to tell me things are not on thd bill of laden that were initially discussed....like a dryer..addl $400 for more space. Then movers arrive. They up the bill another $1500. Stating that everything will have to be packaged by them and that I still didn't have enough space. Along the way I was scammed out of some insurance money another $200. Now I cant even locate the Move Shield company the check was made out to. In the end I did receive my items. I dont have alot of cherished items. But they broke my grandmother's glass pitcher a glass cup ...its irreplaceable. Do not use this company. Ive read the reply...I contacted your customer support team during the process and was treated poorly and hung uo on twice during the process...so how do you want to handle this...very unprofessional company
United StatesThe worst moving company ever, I have to deal with. Movesafe is not trustworthy. They are all scammers and will quote you a low price to go with them. When the trucker arrives and the price will double or even triple from the original quote because he (the trucker) will say you have more items than we originally told them, but it's the other way around. We showed them via video call every single item and they quoted 1175 sq feet and quoted us $5611. Then again we had a video call and said it's 1675 sq ft for $8000. And when the trucker came to our house to pick up the price increased to $10,800 and the sq ft was 2200 sq ft. So, they quoted you less sq ft and then charged the customer more money. Robbie, Nishan, Nikki, and others are deceitful people. Shame on you guys for cheating our hard-earned money.,
United StatesIf I could give zero I would. They will low ball the quote and leave you with limited options. Was originally quoted $4,900, then $6,400, and when the movers came it was over $10,000. Their customer service is horrific and you will have to follow up and everything because they will not call you back. Please safe your time and money and DO NOT use this company.
