I was unable to cancel the policy,after selling my bike, through the Portal. It would not validate my policy. I had to use the Chat Bot and finally got an Agent. I was sent an email that the Agent insisted contained a letter confirming No Claims...It didn`t. A screen shot confirmed this....... She sent me to the link included in the email....This was a Portal login...I was already in the Portal..Thats where the problem was. Eventually she said she would send a letter......It took 55 minutes to cancel my Poilcy
A hard company to get in touch with anyone and they charge highly for sny changes to policies way above any other companies may seem cheap but charge for everything
