You know those glossy flyers that promise deals too good to be true? I have discovered that the Amazon + Monoprix partnership was exactly that. Thrilled by a 20 € discount, I happily paid Monoprix’s inflated prices—next-day delivery included! As a single mum with two kids, that sounded heavenly. Then, just as I was imagining the refined taste of premium kefir… ping! A text: “Your order has been cancelled.” No reason, no compensation, no remorse. Two hungry children. One hopping-mad mother. Zero kefir. Moral of the story: if it sounds too good to be true, it’s probably being delivered by Monoprix while Jeff sits in his mansion snacking on your crudités.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Monoprix rue de l'Abreuvoir - Courbevoie I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this Monoprix was genuinely one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. First and foremost, the store was appallingly dirty. The floors were grimy and littered with debris, there were spills that hadn't been cleaned up, and several shelves looked like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks. It made me question the hygiene standards, especially for fresh produce. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly aggressive and unhelpful. I tried to ask a question about an item, and the employee I approached responded with a rude, dismissive tone, making me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. I witnessed similar interactions with other customers, which indicates a systemic problem with customer service. It's a truly unpleasant atmosphere to shop in. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but there's no excuse for a filthy environment and such disrespectful treatment of customers. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same until significant improvements
Had a need to get some ingredients for a gathering tonight. The Monoprix website states that the item was available at their "Vaugirard" store at 159 rue Blomet. I dashed to that address. There is no Monoprix store there. I then dashed to the next nearest store on rue Vaugirard. The sign on the door and on the Monoprix website states that this store is open until 22h00. Tonight I arrived at 21h38 . They refused me entry. Perhaps Monoprix might want to learn how to update their website. But first they need to learn how to read a clock.
Their delivery service is obviously a neglected remnant of COVID days, fully mismanaged and inept. They ask for your building entrance codes, make you agree to leave deliveries with your guardien, and even still each time their drivers claim falsely not to be able to deliver. One waits for a driver who never comes, they cancel your order and you have to try again many days later. They should quit this business.
