NetherlandsPlaced an order more than a week ago, but never received the item sent via Post NL. First I thought MobileSupplies was a scam, but it turned out NOT to be. I got a full refund and can recommend ordering from them. It was Post NL that never delivered the shipped order. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I think the respond time is to long. I think the 48 hours response time they promise, and which they lived up to, is to long and you can not talk to a person but chat with a (Dutch writing) chatbot. Later they communicated with me via mail, so at the end I was satisfied.
NetherlandsBought 3 x Tempered Glass (full-screen) Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 - 40mm. Definitely not next-day delivery as stated on the website; it took 8 days to arrive. Good price, but terrible quality. Less than an hour after I put the screen protector on my watch, the slightest tap against a frigde shelf cracked it in three places. I don't have much hope for the other two I bought lol. I don't recommend them.

BelgiumI ordered a battery through the website. It clearly stated that this battery was in stock. Upon order confirmation, I suddenly read that availability is unknown. Order is dated March 20. Last week on March 28 I contacted them via the flowbot on the website. They were going to pass my information on to an employee and they were going to contact me within 48 hours. Meanwhile, we are 14 days after ordering a product that was in stock on their website. No communication after waiting 14 days (not even through junk mail/spam folder which I checked daily. And dishonest information about availability on their website.
