I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping online with MMA Factory. I returned a Fairtex F-2 Day Gloves over two months ago and never received a refund. Unfortunately, I misplaced the AusPost tracking number, but the staff at AusPost assured me the parcel would return to my address if undeliverable. That never happened. I followed every step of the return process exactly as outlined on MMA Factory’s website. Despite this, I’m now out $250 with no resolution in sight. I've to the physical store before, where I was treated really well, but sadly that doesn’t make up for the poor and unreliable online return system. This experience has completely eroded my trust. I will never shop online with MMA Factory again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering through their website.
Ordered a nice pair of Rival Gloves around $300 and paid for express freight to receive the package the next day which was the case only find one glove in the parcel. Major let down on service!!! How does this even happen!!! I be passing my experience to other member at my boxing club.
Buyer beware! This is the first time I've had to waste time contacting my bank for a payment dispute. I'm not sure what's going on with MMA Direct, but they either don't respond to emails, or are unable to answer simple questions about an order when they do. This is one of those businesses to be avoided. I ordered a bag back in Feb that was showing up as in stock. >$1000 and several weeks later I'm really regretting my decision to give MMA Direct a go. Caveat emptor!
