We purchased the very expensive T1 stacking washer and dryer set. Turns out the dryer is prone to “sealed system” failure, which I think is the heat pump - there’s some heat but it doesn’t dry - and it is an expensive repair. It happened to our dryer at 850 hours (less than a use-year, by Miele’s published standards), and customer service has been a nightmare. The ‘solutions’ they finally offered, after a month, come with even further cost to us (the diagnosis was $450), and feel like someone is just trying to be clever, not actually support a customer with a defective product. And we’re still waiting, after 8 different agents and hours on hold/waiting for email responses. I received a message from Miele asking for specifics but the return email address given in the response is flagged as invalid.
I have been trying to order a simple spare part for my dishwasher for six weeks. The have the part number but I then get messages to say they have lost the order. I reminded them of this, and the next message said I had not paid for the item. I sent a screenshot of the payment requesting confirmation that they had been paid and asking when I could now expect the part, and have had no reply to two emails asking for this information. Absolutely appalling.

Disgusting stove trying to be a computer. 1 drop of water turns of off, or to full power and burns your food. The design is actually evil or at least a prank. What shamefully infuriating design! Stove locked itself against my knowledge and now support can’t tell me working instructions to make it work again. Such garbage, I cannot believe anybody would pay money for such a vile piece of trash that sabotages you, at least once per meal. The product designers at Miele cannot be trusted with anything more complex than finger painting! Stop, please!

miele call outs are several days wait and if you need a part tack on another 4 days, there 10 year warranty is deceptive you pay for parts and your warranty can be invalid by to much use, love the washing machine, dryer brand new the drying sensor not good at all and continually cleaning the sponge which you have to wash and dry , the other dust collectors x2 is normal to clean, overall very expensive product should offer better service miele are good at washing machines full stop other products not as solid , farewell to miele after 25 years
