Disappointed and Disturbed by Hypocrisy and Poor Customer Service I initially had a decent experience with Microfiber Wholesale. They produced microfiber cloths featuring my original, copyrighted logo — the quality was mediocre, but acceptable. However, when I returned to reorder a year later, I was shocked by their response. They refused to reproduce my design, claiming it made their employees feel “unsafe” and described my artwork with a slew of unjustified and negative terms. This was not only deeply offensive but also incredibly hypocritical, given they had previously printed the exact same design without issue. Their sudden moral stance felt arbitrary and unprofessional, especially when tied to a piece of art meant to express individuality. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of consistency, respect for intellectual property, and disregard for loyal customers. Thankfully, I found a better alternative. Executive Advertising delivered cloths of the same size, with more vibrant prints, better quality (especially the stitching) faster turnaround, and at a lower price point. I highly recommend working with them instead if you value professionalism, quality, and timely service.

DO NOT USE FOR CUSTOM LOGO PRINTING I submitted an order for custom printed towels Aug 1 for an important event. They had a problem retrieving my design from their online system, so I sent a screenshot. 3 weeks later the towels finally arrive. They are AWFUL, unusable, nothing like they show on their website. Chase (customer service) states they never should have been printed and blames the Print Manager. I asked they be reprinted as it is still nearly 2 weeks until my event. I’m told they must do other orders first! After having to beg for my reprint to be prioritized I receive very condescending emails from Blythe – the sister of the company president. They can ‘sneak me in’ but only if I pay expedited shipping ($88). I understand mistakes happen but am very disappointed with the response from a company that uses a narrative of how much their family cares to sell their products. The terse, condescending emails from company leadership were a real wakeup call – I dropped my request to reprint.

BEWARE CANADIANS. They used USPS and I was charged a bogus $75 customs brokerage fee on top of the USD$51 shipping I had already paid and the taxes. Made it much more expensive than just buying from a Canadian company. Customer service said "tough, you pay the taxes and fees, we have no idea what the fees are." USPS would have cost $4 more and had no brokerage fees. It's an invented charge that UPS is famous for gouging people with even when brokerage has been specifically paid by the seller.

I am so happy with the ease of ordering, the price and shipping of my products! I usually order from Amazon but I decided to browse around an found Microfiber Wholesale. I am so glad I did!! I won't buy from anyone else... Thank You Microfiber Wholesale!! -:)
