Well I asked for a discount on the 7.5 and have been with med express since January, anyway they offered me a one off discount of 35, the cheek of it, I have since gone with Pharmacy Planet 204 pounds with delivery so bye bye med express
⭐ 1 Star – Paid on 11 May and still no medication, refund or resolutionI placed an order for Mounjaro 15mg on 11 May 2026 and MedExpress took payment immediately.By 15 May I had still not received any dispatch notification, so I contacted customer services as I was due to take my next dose and was concerned about delays.I was subsequently provided with Royal Mail tracking, which has shown “We’re expecting it” since 17 May. Royal Mail has therefore never received the parcel from MedExpress.After reporting the issue, MedExpress opened support ticket #8546085 and arranged a replacement order. On 25 May I was told the replacement had been processed. On 1 June I was told the matter had been escalated to the dispatch team as a matter of urgency.Despite these assurances, nothing changed.I contacted MedExpress again on 4 June after checking the Royal Mail tracking and seeing that there had still been no movement since 17 May. I requested that the matter be reviewed urgently and asked for management involvement.When no progress was made, I submitted a formal complaint on 8 June. This generated complaint reference #8826821 on 11 June. As of today 13th June, I have received no meaningful response to that complaint and no resolution.I have also used the MedExpress live chat service, where I was informed that the replacement order showed as dispatched on their system while Royal Mail continued to show that they were still waiting to receive the item. The matter was again escalated and I was told that an agent would review my case.As of 13 June 2026, more than a month after placing my order, I still have no replacement medication, no clear explanation, no refund and no meaningful response to either my support ticket or formal complaint.My concern is no longer simply a delayed delivery. After more than a month, multiple emails, support tickets, live chat conversations, escalation requests, a request for manager involvement and a formal complaint, I still have no medication and no resolution.I am now in desperate need of my treatment and have been left without the medication I paid for despite repeated assurances that the matter was being dealt with urgently.I am posting this review in the hope that someone at MedExpress will finally investigate ticket #8546085 and complaint reference #8826821 and either ensure an immediate replacement is dispatched or provide a full refund to my original payment method so that I can obtain my treatment elsewhere.Given the length of the delay, the lack of communication and the amount of time spent pursuing this matter, I would also expect any compensation to be refunded to my original payment method rather than issued as account credit.
