There should be a 10 star review for the Team at Thorneycroft Tettenhall. My Mother Mavis Sharples 95 lived here for 7 years very comfortably and as independently as possible . The professionalism and quality of the team lead by Nina is outstanding . Right until the end they were there to provide the level of care I didn’t imagine possible . The advantage of this development is the bistro managed by the most inspiring lady Tessa, providing a variety of nutritious beautifully presented meals , snacks and desserts. I’ve seen this development go from strength to strength over the years, excelling my deepest expectations. The communal areas are comfortable and stylish . Its is truly five star ⭐ living at its best.

If I could give this development unlimited stars I would. After staying in the guest suite I was amazed by the gorgeous layout of Westwood Manor, Beverley. The 3 managers that I encountered during my stay were outstanding and went above and beyond, they were exceptionally helpful to me and my husband. To add, the roast dinner from the Bistro was outstanding and I would 100% recommend to a friend to buy an apartment here.

Re Norah Priest..Lancer House I cannot praise the staff at Lancer House enough. They were brilliant at looking after my aunt. Led by Jenny, Monica, Kerry, and all the rest of the staff, nothing was too much. They were so polite and very professional in all their dealings. While living a great distance from Lancer House, all the needed attention was wonderful until I could arrive, and the attention carried on. Thank you, the staff at Lancer. Dr S. Samuels
