USUSWhen McCarthy Stone began offering additional assistance services, through Lesley Worsley-Race at Oak Community Lifestyle Services, we signed up for my mum at Forest Court in Chester.The experience has been excellent, especially with doctor visits.Lesley is an ex-nurse, and it shows. Lesley and Katy have been fabulous in helping mum with appointments and accompanied visits to the doctor.Everything has been really well-organised and efficient, and even when we had very little advance notice of an appointment, they made it work.As mum increasingly needs help with day-to-day living, it's really marvelous to have this service available.

GBGBMy dad moved in 4 years ago and these are his words. All the staff at Hampton Place, are very friendly, and helpful. Maxine does an amazing job organising "foodie Friday's ",with jacket potatoes, fish&chips, ploughman's etc.She also give us information in her weekly Wednesday meeting. Carol and Arthur who are also residents do a wonderful job with film night, game night and my favourite night, race night.The gardens are always so well maintained and I love to sit outside under our new umbrellas, even on a cold day.All of the residents are so friendly and helpful and we look out for each other.Lastly I want to say a big thank you to Maxine for everything she does. GBGBWe've had an excellent 7 nights away in the guest suite at Stiperstones Court in Shrewsbury. The room itself is well appointed and equipped - it has a little table and a couple of dining chairs making it easy to self cater. The highlight though is the kindness of the staff and the welcome from other homeowners. Thank you to everyone involved.
