After explaining the situation she was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. She handled the situation in a professional manner to my full satisfaction.
SwedenAs long as you are using UPS as your carrier, you will not get a higher rating. This carrier is the second worst of all after Fedex and neither of these carriers understand even the basics of what Customer Service is! I like the pants though Thanks
