I placed my order on 14/05 and never received any update regarding the delivery status. I sent an email asking about the delay and received absolutely no response, which already showed a complete lack of customer service and communication.Today I finally went to pick up my order myself, only to find the box completely damaged. Part of the product had leaked inside the package because the cleaning vinegar bottles were clearly not packed properly for transport.This experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish: poor communication, delayed delivery, no customer support, and damaged products upon arrival. I expected much better professionalism and care when handling customer orders.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

In fact, I ordered an item in error, and need to cancel it prior to dispatch. Customer services reacted very efficiently and I received a prompt refund within one day.
