I can’t do anything because of the “Oops, something went wrong!” error. This is a really terrible service. I tried to set up 2FA for account security, but the same error occurred more than five times, making it impossible to do anything. I waited about a month and tried again, but I still couldn’t do anything. I no longer trust this service and find it completely useless, so I tried to delete my account, but the same error prevented me from doing that as well. No matter what, AVOID mail.com AT ALL COSTS.

Without prior warning, I set up my desired email address, which is a configuration of my real name. They demanded my phone number, which they got (with country code, etc...), my date of birth, then immediately I got a message telling me that they suspected I was in a country that doesn't allow me to obtain a free email, by using a VPN. My own online banking doesn't ever question my VPN, and it functions perfectly around my VPN! So, I switched off my VPN, removed all of my browser security, and tried again, completing the process, this time. Now, they told me that my account was blocked due to 'irregular activity', and to contact customer support. So I tried to do just that, to see a message telling me that if my account was blocked at registration, then it could not be unblocked! Further checking, I discovered that the company is in the U.S. Typical inconsiderate, rude, and arrogant American bullshit!
I made a new email address. I didn't start using it immediately, then when I did a couple of weeks later, it was blocked for "unusual activity". When I emailed them to unblock it, they replied saying it was permanently blocked and that was it, they could do nothing more to help. It was blocked for "unusual activity". There had been no activity. Hopeless.
First account was blocked without any reason. Second time the same. I can’t trust this email
