FranceAdditional transport charge has been demanded after order confirmation explaining that the camping oven is above 10 kg weight ! This forneto was only 3kg ! Strange way of refusing the order after having accepted it ! Bad practice, poor organisation, wrong marketing policy, faulty legal compliance ! Of course I had to cancel the order. Not even a word of excuse or compensation offer from thus company. Poor service, defective business !
