GBGBI needed to move my tickets to a new date at very short notice and it was so easy and stress free. Patrick responded super promptly to my enquiry and was so helpful in explaining my options. GBGBI attended Paranormal Activity at the Ambassadors Theatre (30th December 2025, 8PM) and this was one of the most disappointing theatre experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 8:07 PM and were told we would need to wait 25–30 minutes before we could enter. During this time we were left standing outside, watching the show on a tiny screen with poor audio, along with other confused guests. This was nothing like the experience we paid for — we could barely hear or follow what was happening. There was no clear guidance about toilet breaks or re-entry. I have a bladder condition and had to step away briefly later in the show. When I returned, Sophie and Sam (on-site staff) refused to let me back in, even though there was still time left and I explained it was for medical reasons. As a result, I: • watched the first part of the show on a small screen with barely any sound • then missed the final 30 minutes entirely To make matters worse, I was with my wife — and this was her first ever theatre experience. What should have been a special evening became humiliating, upsetting, and extremely disappointing. For a £173 booking, the lack of empathy, communication, and basic customer care was shocking. I do not feel we received the service we paid for, and I would not recommend this venue based on our experience.
