I had a previous claim with them and they were great they replaced my washer without any problems. This week my oven stopped heating and they sent someone out and he diagnosed it as a thermostat and heating unit. They covered the parts but then I was advised BEWARE LABOR TO INSTALL PARTS ON A COVERED REPAI IS NOT COVERED! I couldn’t believe it but it states so in section H subsection b. I was never told this up front. So they covered the parts (which were less than the per incident charge but they charged me $175 to install them.

The company is trying their best to find you a contractor as fast as possible. LEWIS was very helpful.
