Had a major problem with the booking Japan Rail passes. They gave conflicting information when you could get hold of the reps. I made the mistake of not putting in my middle name. Kloop told me I had to cancel both my and my wife's tickets and then rebook. When we were in Tokyo JPR told me it would have been fine if my middle name was not on the voucher. Then Kloop told me that no penalty for rebooking both tickets. Then oh wait you did not have to cancel your wife's pass so we are charging you a 10% fee. So no full refund on her ticket. Kloop's customer service is, if you can get somebody, is horrible.
I did not enjoy my hiring experience at all. The first time I hired a car for a week when I arrived to collect the car I couldn't complete the booking due to Dvla opening hours. After that I had to pay for public transport and successfully hired a car at my destination but I had to fight with you for a full refund. It took several weeks and emails. Eventually I got a credit note. I decided to use my credit note and try another week hire. However, this time I had to pay more. I don't see why. I spoke to the car hire employee and she said prices had not gone up. So I feel like you appeared to give me a full refund but did in fact not. Then I had to pay for daily insurance cover BECAUSE I DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS. This put £273.00 extra on the bill. Rendering your service as totally uncompetative!!! This caviat MUST BE MADE MORE PROMINENT and not on nearly the last page of a lengthy hire confirmation. I do not like the experience I have had with you and your car hire firm
