GBGBA lot of options of activities etc to get discounted prices although some are just a couple of pounds off but if using often enough it would be worth it.
GBGBCancelled my membership online but I was charged twice after. I contacted customer services who were not helpful at all and said that it wasn’t cancelled their end and as I didn’t note down the cancellation reference number I had no evidence that I cancelled. I explained I didnt write the number down as I didn’t think I would have any issue. Again they kept coming back with the same copy and paste answer that it was tough luck basically. Terrible customer service Edit: Please see below reply from Kids Pass providing a prime example of the customer service I am referring too.
