Non of the employees were knowledgeable. The manager either. Beside, the manager was very rude. I don’t know was it because of nationality or my color
It has been 7 months since I first started on my endless journey to have curtains from KARWEI in my house. I still don't have it after sending 23 emails and making 11 calls. Just lies that they will take care of it. At this point I'm just starting to accept I lost the money to a scam of a company.
Useless customer service. I have ordered advisory for window screens (nets) in the house, request was sent through their online portal and confirmation received. Regardless, in 2 weeks nobody reached out to me. When i called customer services very nice a polite people respond but instead of taking ownership of the solution they kept referring me to other stores and departments 4 different numbers where the last one was deferring me to the first one. When i said i already started my journey from the first one they said better to create a new request in the system. I said wouldn't it end up the same way, they said lets try and wait to see, unfortunately there is nothing they can help me with. We tried, and waited, and guess what, no response and phone calls again, and no solution again. Again, very polite customer services but 5 different departments and stores and none could find a simple solution to send someone to my home to advise and measure for 4 windows and one big french balcony. My estimated spend about 800EUR which will now go to another company because in now 4 weeks Karwei failed to react and lost this revenue.
Terrible service and customer service. We bought curtains at the beginning of november that has been getting postponed. Once we received the email that they were in the store of Leerdam, when we go to pick them up, no body knows where they are, customer services it’s not giving us any kind of update or solution. They compromised to contact us back at the beginning of the week with further indications… one week later still waiting for the phone call. If one day I see in the news that the company is closing for good, I won’t be surprised, it is not about the quality of the material that you sell is about the quality that you provide and the 0 engagement that you create. Unfortunately, not a trust worthy company.
