Ordered from Wok Express in Bensham Lane a nosh box chicken curry and rice (the chicken must have left before cooking),asked for reduced salt in salt and pepper chips (they ignored that request).
I ordered a delivery which never arrived, it was ready at 8pm, nobody picked up after half an hour and I called the restaurant, they said they were waiting for the delivery guy. After another 45 minutes they call me back as there is no delivery guy and I have to go and pick it up. Never any more nor just eat not that restaurant
didn't recieve my food again won't be using them ever again dodgy company dodgy drivers stealing food from customers avoid avoid avoid bunch of thief's
Did not receive our food order and just eat would not give a refund Will never use this app again Beware of this if your food doesn’t turn up there’s nothing you can do Just eat customer services just said it isn’t in line with their policy to offer a refund Somebody probably got our food but it certainly wasn’t us £56 wasted !!
