Ordered a watch, told it was on order from Tissot and would be two weeks. After over three months of being told it's on its way, and it should be here soon, it became apparent that the watch would never turn up. Was told different things by different customer service reps. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. If the watch is not in stock do not use this company. At least I got my money back.
The watch was well packaged, properly sized and all spare links included.

You`d be better off buying a luxury watch from Greggs than CW Sellors or Jura. Shabby dishonest family run company with zero respect for customers. Sent me a £3500 watch in January knowing full well that it was damaged. Took me 5 months to get them to accept that what they actually sent me was a 2nd hand item. Very suspicious of these dubious 5 star reviews that speak glowingly of these 2 companies. Any buyer considering a luxury purchase take heed of the 1 star reviews - these I believe are a more accurate reflection of customer experiences. Word of caution - if you are accepting an item of value through the post, always film the complete sequence from opening the package through to recording the initial examination of the item. Protect yourself, you shouldn`t reasonably be expected to do this (but you are not dealing with what I believe to be an honest company) I learnt the hard way, they do send out damaged or 2nd items & pass them off as "pristine" & (Ashbourne`s QC Manager) will aggressively deny any responsibility or fault.Lesson learnt & shared.EDIT 07.11.25 - Just so we are absolutely clear. The facts are clear & as follows - readers can make their own minds up.1. Upon your refusal to offer a refund I asked you for proof of your wear & tear claim. You sent me Juras own pre-despatch photographs. You mustn`t have looked at them because they showed wear & tear to which you had referred to. Clearly Jura knew about the damage prior to despatch which looking through reviews is the most likely answer. Alternatively your QC dept had n`t correctly examined the product prior to sending it. Either answer is shocking & should raise red flags to any potential buyer.2.I never reported an issue with the watch as I wasn`t aware there was one. I returned the watch because it wasn`t suitable. Your QC dept. miraculously detected damage to the bezel after it was returned to you, Very odd that the same QC dept failed to spot the same damage prior to its despatch to me. Strange indeed.3. You disputed the return with the finance company Novuna for a further 4 months even when they presented you with your own photographs.4. Tellingly, I rec`d an e-mail from you via Novuna which & I quote exactly "the piece was returned with more damage that when it was sent out"! Lie upon lie.5. In the same e-mail you offered to polish the bezel & return it to me - but that it would cost me £135.00.Staggering in itself but also surprising as you had claimed for 5 months previously that the watch was "pristine, brand new".Jura staff were fully aware that the watch was damaged before it was sent to me. Once it leaves them & arrives with the unsuspecting customer you are entirely in their hands. I got a refund but not without a fight. They seem to adopt a dismissive, blame shifting posture relating to complaints, along deny & deflect lines. Nothing is ever their fault. But facts are facts. Photos don`t lie. Jura/CW sellors do. It was an entirely unnecessary drawn out process to achieve a refund despite all the evidence. I never got an acknowledgment that this issue wasn`t mine nor did I ever receive an apology.Looking at posts my experience is not the exception.Buyer be very aware.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Jura Watches. I placed an order with Jura Watches on February 17, 2025, for a luxury watch costing nearly £30,000. As of mid-April, the watch has still not arrived, and I’ve received only excuses for the delays. Despite repeatedly requesting to cancel my order due to the unacceptable wait, my requests have been ignored. I’m out £30,000 with no watch, no refund, and no clear timeline for delivery. Reading existing 1-star reviews, I see others have faced similar issues with delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled orders, which mirrors my frustrating experience. This level of service: Jura Watches’ service is wholly unacceptable for such a high-value purchase. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere until they address these recurring problems.
