We are currently in the process of purchasing a property and, unfortunately, our experience with this conveyancing firm has been incredibly frustrating.A restriction on the title was raised over three months ago and remains unresolved. During this time, our own sale has been ready to proceed, yet we have been unable to move forward because this single query has not been progressed.Communication has been extremely poor. Emails and requests for updates often go unanswered, and we have repeatedly had to chase for even basic information. Most recently, we formally requested that our conveyancer arrange a solicitor-to-solicitor call to help resolve the issue quickly. This request has been ignored to date.The lack of responsiveness and proactive management has caused significant stress, uncertainty, and delay to our entire chain. With mortgage offers and related transactions time-sensitive, this level of service is simply not acceptable.We appreciate that conveyancing can involve complex issues, but clients should not have to spend months chasing for updates or feel unable to contact their own representative.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm if you value clear communication, timely progress, and effective problem-solving during what is already a stressful process
