I used their free trial to create a resume, but it felt very generic — like something quickly generated by AI and in need of significant editing. After 14 days, I received an email saying they had charged me £59 ! for a just four-week subscription. I immediately cancelled my account and requested a refund, especially since I hadn’t received any proper job matches through the service. They refused to issue a refund, saying it was because I had already used the "free" trial. I found this very disappointing — both the pricing and the customer service felt unreasonable and unhelpful
