The dresses are decent and good value, but if anything goes wrong, there is absolutely no customer service. This was the second time I ordered a try at home dress, but was not able to pay for it on the app for some reason. I was then advised to send a payment directly on PayPal which I did. About a week later they started to chase for this payment. I again emailed customer services, who then confirmed that the payment was received. A week later they are chasing the payment that I made two week ago again, and this time they charge me for the dress for a second time. Complete crooks.
My burgundy fascinator arrived in perfect condition, within the time specified. It was beautiful! I wore it to my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and they both said it was beautiful, so thank you! ☺️
I don't understand the positive reviews at all. I ordered the wrong size and contacted them to arrange an exchange. Never got a response. I just had to order another one in the end so I had it in time for the wedding, so now I have 2 dresses, one brand new and never worn. Also, the dress isn't the best quality and doesn't fit well on any of the 4 bridesmaids but by the time we realised, we were stuck with it. It's a multi-wear one but the fabric that allows the different styles is much too long and has to be gathered around your waist or tied in a massive bow around your neck!?! It doesn't really sit flush in any style but is the only thing that affords any support meaning it has to be tied duper tight, making it really quite uncomfortable for the whole day. It's a China based company so I really should have known better. Absolutely gutted. In response to your message. 14 days is absurdly short and once it passes there is no way to arrange a return. I emailed customer services directly and received no response. funny, you've responded to this review in less than 24hrs. Its a total con. Literally said all of that in my review 14 days isn't long enough, it's a con.
JUST ARRIVED,, AND FINALLY GOT APPOINTMENT Ordered dress in December still saying on its way, not sure if it’s walking. I also been trying to book an appointment at their new store in London. I’ve emailed , messaged and gone on their website and Instagram a few times in last two weeks. Nothing back . How do you get appointment
