I called to check if my order has definitely been cancelled as I received an email from Evri to say they have it. The customer service agent I spoke to called Ethan was rude. He spoke to me in a sarcastic manner and I felt he was quite aggressive specifically when I asked why I received this email, he responded with, ‘I told you it was probably a glitch.’ Even when I asked a simple question to confirm if the order has definitely been cancelled when he responded with ‘yes’ it was sarcastic in tone and this happened several times throughout the call. He needs to work on his tone. I also felt like he was not very knowledgeable and asked a strange question by saying, ‘is it an item?’ What else would it be if I placed an order with your company.

Great place to shop as member of staff are very friendly. Love to go on Thursdays after work as continue to be opened till 7pm . I am a regular customer for years. I and the community never want to see this business closing down in Streatham. The best shop in the area.

If I could give no star I would I was meant to recieve a parcel 17th April I had to go out for a emergency I came back didn’t think waited on delivery no delivery checked my emails and it had been left on my door step I check it’s no where to be seen contact jdsports and they are not willing to make a refund or redelivery even tho I haven’t recieved it under customer acts rights 2015 they should refund or replace but apparently they don’t have a manger to talk to and I’m getting nowhere so I’m out of pocket £150 it’s a joke I order from jdsports often but I won’t be anymore!
