The first vacuum died within a few months, they sent me a replacement vacuum, and that one died within two uses. They asked me to purchase new parts for the vacuum, even though they should’ve sent them to me free of charge since the bristles broke off within to you says, and when I complained that there was no way I was going to pay for repair parts on a vacuum that couldn’t even withstand more than one use. I received the rudest customer service response…
One star is too many. Ordered item. Item is allegedly with UPS. Item has not been delivered. I can’t get through to UPS and I can’t get through to iRobot. This feels like a criminal enterprise. Avoid at all cost
Bought an expensive air purifier (aeris aair) that relies on the Aeris app to control. They simply pulled the plug on the app since it's no longer available for download in the Google play store, rendering most of the device features useless. Contacted support about this but they don't even bother answering my mail. Mind you, this is a device that was originally sold for a whopping $1200,- (Thankfully I didn't pay full price). Selling premium electronics that rely on apps without supporting these apps is a criminal practice in my opinion. Avoid this company and all of their products at all cost!
It does not accommodate customers' needs. Some of us do not rely on smartphones. That iRobot forces us to use the app to set the settings. Please bring the classics back in. No forcibly wifi/apps addition!
