I had it as a present for my wife and now not only found that there was no volume control when music was playing ( was ok on video and radio) but that also several pictures that I loaded in could only be viewed one time. weird. I did sent an earlier e-mail. Otherwise I was happy with the prompt delivery. Let me know what to do. Best
