Bad company without any feelings for people who starting bussineses. A guy who works in a factory for minimum wage 1.1k. Who’s a great danger to lend money to gets his card. But someone who got money and a great plan, gets declined. Creditcard companys need to be removed from earth. Who are they to decide, I can pay or use their code on a website.If they were not here. No one would used this. We have normal bankcards. *edit: it’s a lie I got so many money stop talking abt protecting. A person with 1.1k wage makes all the money gone every month. If he gets fired he’s in trouble. So it’s a lie. Bad statement and I gonna connect your highest bosses.
If there is a problem and one contacts the helpdesk online but the chatbot cannot solve the issue, one can ONLY phone the company through a landline. If you are abroad outside the EU and are using your local simcard e.g. from NL to contact the company you pay a fortune on your phone bill. That is why the helpdesk earns a one star because it may put you on high expenses. Modern companies include other contact methods like direct linking to a service person or via Whatsapp.
