Booked a room using HRS, then got concerned after reading so many negative reviews on here. My concerns were unfounded. I contacted the hotel directly to confirm the booking and - apart from them not having my email address - everything was as expected. The stay went perfectly. A pretty much seamless process and a much better price than other sites.

Scam! Do not book using this company. Check VRBO bookings as there are some properties on there through HRS. We booked and they wanted direct bank transfer. We cannot get hold of the owners so we have nowhere to stay!

Do not use!! Looks cheap but you will end up paying more, stick to the usual booking websites that will give you a guarantee if something happens. We booked a hotel with HRS, a code was needed to access and we never received it, we ended up sleeping in the car. We called customer service and didn’t help at all. A waste of money and time, ruined our trip.
