The onboarding was tailored to my needs rather than being generic, covered a lot of aspects of the platform, it was very informative. Even though I had had time to explore the platform prior to the onboarding, I discovered more, it was definitely worth it.

I have been attending CIPD informative webinars for a while now and was really impressed with the platform and what it offers. During one of the webinars I booked a meeting with Dulal who became our account manager, he was really informative and explained all the platform offers which is more than our initial expectations. Great service, very friendly and professional and understood our requirements.
