Ordered based on their website listing, but they sent a completely different product and showed no interest in preserving the client relationship. Extremely poor customer service, no respect for the customer’s time, and zero accountability for their own error. I won’t be buying from Homeshop again.

Bought something by mistake, they cancelled the order and returned my money in minutes.
