No one calls you back, you spend the same amount again following up on calls and messages!! Simple sorry for the inconvenience through email……do frustrating!
United Arab EmiratesVery Unprofessional Assembly Crew from Home Box I ordered a media unit and a 5-door wardrobe from Home Box. I had kept enough space in both the living room and bedroom for installation, but the assembly team insisted that I completely empty the bedroom so they could lay all the panels on the floor. They even said they would take the items back to the warehouse and charge me extra if I didn’t. To avoid paying more, I had to agree — and they ended up using the entire bedroom, living room, and even the open kitchen counter to assemble everything. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional and inconsiderate assembly team. Do customers really have to clear out their entire rooms before getting furniture installed?

SpainFirst time to ordered but never again it was cancelled! They informed me that the item is not available on the day of delivery! I ordered that aweek ago how come they didnt call me ahead of time?! So i can change the item! Dont order online!!! So upset!!😡😡 Waiting for my refund!!! I went to ikea instead the nextday free delivery✅
