I’m updating this post on 23 April… My furniture finally arrived on 13 April. One day before our leaving for an extended period of time. So I read through the instructions, which stated that the product could be assembled by two people in 90 minutes. I decided to put it together before leaving, in case I had any problems. 5 hours later we were still not done. I did my own carpentry before I retired, I’m no novice at handy work. One of the final steps in the process is to hang the very heavy doors using a piano hinge. There are no pre drill holds, there is no template on how to hang these straight and plumb. We had to first build a jig so we could position the doors properly while we installed the fifty screws to secure each side. The building instructions are absolutely terrible, with no descriptions on which side of each price faces in which direction. I tried to contact their help line, but since I live in Portugal, I got directed to their Spanish service center, which has very limited hours. Never spoke to anyone and they never responded to my email questions. We finished the work in 8 hours. It is a cheap looking piece of crap and certainly not worth the €1.600 I paid for it. I did hear from their customer service people after posting the below referenced review, they offered me €100 to remove my review… If I were you I would stay far away from this company and their substandard products and I do not believe the positive reviews posted on this or any other sites since I know they are willing to pay people off… Previous Post Below: Ordered a piece of furniture online. I live in Portugal and used the EU site for the transaction. I ordered and paid for the product in January, as of today 10 April, the product still has not arrived. I contacted Homary to tell them that if I didn’t have the product by tomorrow (11 April) I would have to cancel because my wife and I would be away from this house for an extended period. They assured us it would be delivered. The shipping company contacted us and we arranged for the item to arrive today. The item has not shown up and after waiting all day we contacted the shipper who told us they can’t make the delivery. They also said they could not deliver it tomorrow (which is the last full day before we vacate the premises for a couple of months) Trying to get Homery Customer service in the EU is the absolute worse experience. Literally impossible. I requested a refund from the website due to the extensive delay and the inability to delivery the item prior to our leaving. However, the request went to an unmanned chat, so I’m sssuming this is the first step in stonewalling me on this.

We bought 2 toilets in 2022. 3 years later one of them will not flush. We have called at least 20 times, representatives who speak poor English deny, hang up, and are rude. Will not send parts, will not acknowledge the purchase. ****AVOID** now we must pay 800 and get a brand new toilet from another provider. Wish we never heard of homary.
