I had an ear wax removal today in Leeds and the procedure throughout was excellent. Being in my 80’s I have had many such procedures, dating back to when they were done by a nurse at the GP surgery, and several by Pharmacies, but none has been as thorough as today’s. The practitioner, Mandy, was excellent, keeping me informed at all times, and readily accepting, and responding to, my queries. I can recommend the HH service.

The audiologist was very patient , explained everything fully and took her time to discuss what was expected . Fully explained the process and showed us the charts for a better understanding made everything very clear , no rush and made it a very relaxing experience
