Absolutely terrible they changed the app I feel like I'm looking at Bloomberg financial chart. Deliberately to confuse us The app locks me on a screen to approve another membership I do not understand. My instant cash ?? Will not b on the Albert car for 8 days. I tried to move the repayment date extend it, all I did was touch my screen n it added a new date. That is a scam. I spent hours uninstalled install, Google how to look at my debit card and repayment date. Going to a store n not being able to use the card. No customer service not even AI CHAT As Bob Dylan says "u just wasted my precious time"

I had a very frustrating experience with Hi Albert and their rigid refund policy. I was charged for an annual subscription renewal for an app that my family and I haven’t used in nearly a year. I noticed the charge almost immediately and reached out to their support team to request a refund, explaining the situation in detail. Despite my prompt action and the fact that we have no intention of using the app, they refused to issue a refund, citing their policy. While I understand the need for policies, their complete lack of flexibility in this case is disheartening. As a loyal customer that stayed with them for one year even if my daughter didn't engage at all, who acted quickly and in good faith, I expected better. Being forced to pay for a service we don’t use and won’t use feels unreasonable and unfair. I would not recommend Hi Albert to anyone who values customer service or expects a company to act with understanding and goodwill. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be using their services again. Be aware to pay the annual service!
They make it so hard to cancel your subscription, I’ve been charged even though I eventually managed to cancel albeit it a day or 2 late. The app itself is rubbish, (my daughter did not like it at all) and the customer service is shocking. They won’t return your money even after explaining the difficulties with cancellation on the website/app. The company do not care about their customers. In fact customer services are extremely rude. They only care about scamming you out of your money. Avoid! Wish I read the reviews before I tried this. As you can see customer service with their passive aggressive reply, blaming me. The law is now changing for these types of subscriptions and the reason is due to these scamming companies. Also they remove negative comments on social media and only keep the positive ones. All these bad reviews yet they defend themselves time and time again. Rather than improving the service they give. To this company the customer is always wrong!
