Crazy to see I'm not alone. What a horrible company. Who's giving these 5 star ratings? Their friends and family?! Worst customer service, WOW! After coming on here and seeing other people's reviews and the way they respond to them?.. I'm surprised they are still in business. You sound like a snarky little schoolgirl the way you address paying customers. Totally proving everyone's point as to how unprofessional you are. Keep replying! Show everyone your true colours! I mean, even if/when the customer is wrong, the way you respond to them speaks volumes!! Take a couple CBT or IBT classes and learn how to control your attitude. You will get sooo much further in this business being open, apologetic and understanding to your cxs rather than standoffish, unaccountable and aloof.
