PolandIt's a shame there's no 0 star rating. They deserve it. After 2 months of contact requests (2 months!!!), I finally learned that the product was out of stock and they would refund my money. Avoid this store!

IrelandI placed an order on the Habitat & Jardin website as the product estimated delivery time showed it should take 1 week. I needed the order for an event in two weeks. After placing my order, I noticed my package was not sent out in the following days. After checking the status online through their site it turned out the order was out of stock. I cancelled the order. Since then Habitat & Jardin has held onto my money for over 1 month. After multiple emails I was reassured it would up to 15 works days, after those 15 working days had past, I was then told it would take at least another 15 working days. I still have not received my refund for a product that was out of stock and order placed 29th of April. 1. Habitat & Jardin website should not take orders and payment for items they dont have in stock. 2. When an order is cancelled refunds should be issued promptly. Not telling customers 30 working days because there was 2 festival days in May.
