Good option for flexibility
Easy to use. Great platform.
Its easy to filter out therapists for the kind of modality you are looking for, but I just wish they had more providers who specialize specifically in Somatic Therapy or Somatic Experiencing - not just "incorporates somatic tools", which I've found means: no, they do not offer somatic therapy.
It is very easy to use this platform, convenient, and helpful.
