GermanyGermanyI cant reduce more than one star. We faced very unfriendlich behaviour, delivery was super late. Never came in time. Delayed for more than one week while the package is waiting at the last station to be delivered. The delivery person cant deliver the package because according to him, this is so heavy. So, if the package is heavy, they need to arrange another person!
DenmarkVery slow to ship the parcel. Avoid GLS Germany. Presently its GLS Alsdorf not performing. I've had similar experience with GLS Hamburg earlier. All in all, I haven't had one good experience with GLS Germany ever. They answered quickly, stating they would help if the parcel is to be delivered in Germany. It's not, as documented by the uploaded parcel number. So they've answered, without reading my complaint, with nice, empty words. The product should be unpacked after 7 days at the latest (sellers info). It arrived after 10. And then they react. Asking for the parcel number I sent them already. Clearly still not reading.
GermanyWorst parcel service … my parcel was undelivered even though I was at home. Now even after multiple times contacting with the support service via email … I haven’t recieved my parcel it’s almost a week since I am facing this issue. Although I have changed the location to the provided GLS packet shop … it’s still undelivered. I wanted my parcel urgently since I will be traveling outside of germany tomorrow.
