We sent 3 boxes va GLS. 1 arrived with something broken inside, another was repackaged with stuff missing, and another did not even arrive. Terrible! EDIT: based on the reply of GLS to my complaint, I actually sent them an email detailing the complaint. The reply was actually quite quick, but it just said they were not the right email to complain, and asked me to complain to another customer service. Awful, once more.
For five days, the parcel has not been picked up by GLS, even though their own system shows it as ready for pickup. It is impossible to contact GLS through any meaningful support channel—the only option is an AI assistant that repeatedly states that once GLS receives the parcel, they will expedite it. There appears to be no way to speak to a human representative. This represents a radical degradation of GLS’s service, which previously ranked among the best in the world.Update 15/01/2026: After writing this review GLS customer service contacted me and followed up on the parcel which was delivered this morning. I thus changed to 4 stars even though the comment regarding lack of access to a human rep still stands.
