Called to discuss my new contract and received excellent customer service!

I spoke to Georgia who was able to quickly improve my new contract price and explain a forthcoming price increase in April.

My customer service agent, Justine, was very polite and helpful, was nice to deal with such a cheerful person who dealt with my queries very efficiently, many thanks 🤩

Our contract was up for renewal so we phoned customer services and spoke to Kayleigh who was most helpful. Kayleigh looked at our broadband and phone requirements, understood what we needed and adjusted our package according. Very pleasant and friendly customer service and on New Years Eve too, thank you very much.
