Your led to believe it’s an English website, hat arrives and appears to have come from China, and sent from Spain. Product was of a very poor quality, tried to return and they suggested I keep it and they would send me another, next offer was part refund advising expensive postage to return. Had to go to PayPal to resolve the matter. Stay well clear of Ghelter hats. They also sell on Amazon.

I was nervous to order a hat due to reviewing the reviews after I ordered the hat... But.. The hat came on time. The hat is made well... Even though it may be "cheaper" quality than an expensive hat would be made .. However, I'm all about economical and a hat that looks and feels nice... This has meets all the expectations. My husband loves and I'm happy it turned out better than expected.

The product is not the same like on the website! I found same products on Temu. To return and to receive money back is impossible
