This Card Company has lost all understanding of customer service and helping out..i have shopped with getting personnal for over 20 years with the odd issue but generally fab. They have destroyed a good company and hide behind excuses and need to take a step back re-evaluate themselves and look at whats wrong! Several times i have ordered during the take over transition period and given no excuse or help with the item. What good is a Christening Present if it is spelt wrong (by them) or a wedding gift with wrong dates (by them) and then try to send a replacement a week later! Give this company a miss they will never get better or improve to a level worth dealing with!

Ordered teapot ,lid did not fit rang customer services via card factory to no avail couldn't not get to speak to a human and 14 days return policy has now ran out !

I placed an order early December to still be waiting. Email, got one reply, still no help... horrendous, embarrassing and totally laughable.
