United KingdomBillyOh Fraya Pent Log Cabin EDIT: 31/10/25 The office has now been delivered but NOTE I have been asked to remove the review as it is disputed . I can not do this and I am annoyed I have been asked to. I was always taught to own up to my mistakes and be accountable for them, even if it hurt, so this review hurts GBD but it also shows their true colours having the gall to have me suddenly decide none of this happened. I would still advise you not to use this company and, now even more so, if you want good value for money and a good product. Their is no goodwill on my part at all here you cheeky gets. The product is poor I cant even be arsed giving more time to this , basically it's not straight due to warping (the frame its on is bang on straight ) As we had to wait so long, the lovely long summer gave way to the autumn we were trying to avoid lumping bits of office around in. Orginal review , absolutely true at point in time and are factual and can not be disputed : Having to fabricate window and door frames and replacements parts which have not been delivered in spite of repeated promises that they would be dispatched as soon as possible. The main bulk of the office was delivered in July, it was ordered in March. Warped and inconsistent pieces meant significant bracing has been needed to get the office to stand straight. It is utterly disheartening that the company can not be held to account. With the delay further damage has occured as we were waiting for the promised pieces (which are needed early on in the build for structural integrity) We are considering visiting the Kybotech offices in Sheffield when I visit relatives there next We are disputing with PayPal the fact we haven't received a properly fulfilled order to try and claw back some of the money needed to buy other bits. We were advised not to fabricate our own parts, which is comedic as without doing this we would have an office without doors and windows. We implore you not to use this company. Certainly not as an individual, we noticed these are resold by B and Q and wonder if other sales channels customers get preferential treatment. We Can no longer contact customer services other than by the contact centre. After chasing daily we have stoped doing this and now receive no correspondence from them at all. It is perhaps close to criminal their blatant disregard for not fulfilling orders (which I have read on multiple sites) Please see some of the back and forth (there are plenty of messages before and after too) I included this one as it shows extent of missing pieces , which is the entire window and door frame pack (i hope you agree its not insignificant!) United KingdomPositives: Well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble single handed; downloaded instructions were accurate and simple to follow. Waterproof and attractive. Negatives: No email to warn us it was due to be delivered; it was pure luck that we were in and able to show driver where to place pallet. Several large segments of wood included which were not required for the assembly (useful for other projects but might be inconvenient for some customers).
United KingdomOrdered my summer house 2nd September with stated 6-7 week delivery time. Still not arrived and on week 9 now, tried calling 5 times and after waiting on hold for half an hour or more each time I have been cut off 3 times still none the wiser as to where my order is?? Terrible company use at own peril.
United KingdomYour Order number GBD2271442. Further to my recent communication which has now been ongoing for 2 months. Even after using an intermediary company to try and resolve our complaint with this company. They still think they are above the law. So we are now left with no option but to take the company to Trading Standards or to the small claims court. And let us fight it out in court. Plus i have contacted a well known TV programme to name and shame this company for their disgusting customer service. We have now supplied over 30 photos of the poor quality of this shed. Suddenly they now advise us they cannot view the photos, but only a few weeks ago they could view the first 20 i sent them. I double checked all the images sent and they were very clear. It seems they will use any excuse to not deal with this complaint. I have emailed continuously, i have sent over 30 photos, i have sent copies of the receipt's for money i had to spend to put right the shed. But they need to know i have no intention of backing down, and will fight on for what is our legal rights as the consumer. Plus we have today started the charge back process on our credit card.
