Peter was amazingly helpful right from the start. Offered me coffee then talked me through all my options. Was very patient demonstrating as many sofas I wanted to try but I felt no pressure from him at all. Very knowledgable at his job 5 stars

From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome by Greg and indeed all the staff we came in contact with. We were there to buy a bed and very quickly found what we were after at a very fair price. The store was pretty busy and we needed to wait for someone to be free to place the order, but honestly we were so well looked after by Greg again who was visiting the Store today, (can’t remember his position, sorry!) had a lovely coffee and cookie and a very pleasant chat . Then James took over and dealt with our purchase , efficiently and professionally and even added a couple of new pillows as well. Very impressed with the while experience, an absolute please to go into a store and be treated so well and with such a friendly attitude, nothing was too much trouble, if only more stores could be like this. Highly recommend and would certainly go there again.
