NetherlandsThe service was horrible. The whole floor was wet after the cleaning. All the work was done with no caution and bad quality. The sofa didn't have any bad stains (it is only 1,5 years old). I also opted for the "impregneren" which was done in 5mins only. Now only a couple of months later, after spilling water on it, you can clearly see how most of the surface has no impregnation!!! You can clearly see only a few dots where the impregneren was done (perhaps they spilled a few drops there) and the rest quickly absorves the liquid - so no protection!!! Horrible service, don't trick yourself!
GermanyWe are very happy with the service. We had our sofa cleaned (it was full of spills, etc. from two toddlers). The cleaning was fast and worked really well. Our sofa looks like new again. Very professional service.
