I placed an order for this razor and then immediately realized it as a 45 day recurring charge for blades. I contacted them within five minute but instead of cancelling, they shipped it right away. Instead of cancelling for me, they offered a 50% refund or I could pay to return. This a a crappy way to do business. If they believed in their own product they would have cancelled and sent me a full refund.

I broke down and ordered the Freebird razor. After reading the reviews, I cancelled the subscription for recurring blades. I requested to return the shaver as it did not work. I received an email reply with suggestions on how to use it. They offered me a 50% refund to keep it. I tried their suggestions to no avail, and wrote that I wanted to send it back. I have emailed four (4) times with NO response. I filed a dispute with my bank! A$$hat$!
