I haven’t received my craft gin club (free gin box worth £35 that was supposed to come with the the item I ordered. Please why haven’t I received it? I link was sent to me via email, I’m really disappointed. Why put up a promotion that’s not true?

I will wait for Parcelforce to return the item to you; the return process is scheduled to begin on 15 January 2026.
